What Comes With This

Every facility in the US that in virtually any way interacts with food products must register its facility with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This registration is intended to serve as a kind of backbone for contact tracing and other health and security processes administered by the FDA.

Registering one of these facilities can seem daunting at the outset, and it is made even more complicated because it must be completed every two years with updated information. A failure to register within the exact biannual window can lead to significant complications, including penalties and delays at Customs.

PCB helps streamline this process, offering everything you need for the initial registration and support when the time comes for the biannual renewal. We help you review your application, assist in updating necessary documentation, and ensure that you have what you need for a straightforward renewal.

Additionally, companies with foreign facilities MUST have a US agent that serves as a liaison with the FDA through this process. PCB can serve as that agent - that service is detailed and can be requested here.
