US Agents serve as the primary contact in the US for foreign businesses, and PCB can serve as this contact - even without being your broker.
US Agents can provide support and can serve a key role in several mandatory processes that foreign businesses may need to undertake - particularly as liaisons with federal agencies like the FDA.

US Agents are primarily used by foreign businesses operating in the US, and their role is mainly as a primary service-of-process contact within the jurisdiction of the US. This means that for foreign businesses, they represent you during key regulatory moments and interactions with Partnering Government Agencies (PGAs) such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Agents can also serve as links in communication chains, receiving emergency alerts, notices, and other dispatches from US organizations that might otherwise not arrive promptly to foreign businesses.
PCB can serve in this role for any foreign company operating in the US, and not just for those businesses that are using our brokerage services - any company abroad can retain our US Agency services independently.
