Aran Davison is a member of PCB’s Human Resources team and a recruitment specialist, having joined in early 2025. He is a graduate of BCIT’s Human Resources Program and is currently expanding his skill set by pursuing the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. With a proven background in talent acquisition, Aran is an invaluable member of our team who has done incredible work connecting the right people with the right opportunities at PCB.
Aran’s confidence, adaptability, and practiced skills at connecting with others inform every level of his work today. With a host of experience in recruitment across a varied spectrum of companies, his experience and eye for finding the perfect match for a role have made him a vital piece of the puzzle for growth across PCB’s many departments.
Ahead of his career at PCB, Aran spent his years connecting with people in a different way - on the stage. A trained dancer from the age of five, Aran has travelled the world, performing on board cruise ships, and was even one of the paid tap dancers during the opening ceremony of the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver. Not limited to dance, however, Aran has spent no small amount of time treading the boards as an actor, having played multiple roles with the Beach House Theatre Society.
