In a continued effort to implement the Executive Order, Strengthening Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking industry input on requirements surrounding supply chain transparency. The Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) includes 64 questions, which will guide future regulations on supply chain transparency.

In addition to the questions, both documents provide additional details on justifications, important elements of the proposed changes, and areas of specific interest to CBP during this process. Importers are encouraged to review the documentation carefully before embarking on the questionnaire.
