On September 17, 2026, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a preliminary determination of dumping, pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), with respect to wheat gluten originating in or exported from Italy, Poland, and the UK.

Provisional duties will now be payable on subject goods that are released from the CBSA on or after September 17, 2026.
